Bug fix update pls

Here is what has been happening: I could logon at my work premises computer. When it comes down to trying to login on my iPhone it keeps saying "cannot connect to server" and on the iPad " Access Denied. License is required " I & We (the users) would appreciate an update from you guys to remove these bugs

When it works its great

But always crashing and always not able to contact the server. Its driving me nuts. Its only one company using it. Why cant we fix it. You know how many people are working there. Figure it out.

Poorly written

More often than not, the app will tell me that the server is unavailable, and on the off chance that I can actually log in and try to see my schedule, the app is laggy and routinely collapses

Terrible app

More often than not, its impossible to log in, all you get is the "server unavailable" pop up. Lately though, this has reached a new level, wherein neither I nor my coworkers have been able to use the app for 3 weeks.

This app never works.

Please fix it.

Terrible app

With the new iOS 10 update I am no longer able to see my schedule, also why does this app not give us the ability to change our availability from the app instead of having to log in to a computer. And how about adding a finger scanning to log in?! My banking apps use my finger but Kronos cant?! Very disappointed, if I didnt need this for work I would have deleted it already.

Pathetic

This is the worst and most unreliable app I have ever used. From the hideous interface, to the unbearable loading times, to the likely chance that is probably wont work this time, its just dreadful all around. I hate it. I hate it.

App is broken!

Latest update states "bug fixes", but the app doesnt even load anything after you login now! The circle just spins forever. What a joke. Im a computer engineering student, and I know its not hard to write an app that pulls a schedule from a server. This app is ridiculous.

Extremely unreliable

As the others have said, extremely unreliable. Very rarely able to "connect to server", and now when connected no menus show up. I no longer recommend this app to my team.

Bad

Needs work . Dont understand how this type of bad design is being used by big companies ?

NEVER works

This app is TERRIBLE. How am I supposed to check my schedule and see my hours if the app doesnt even load? Ive tried reopening and reloading several times. It seems this app works maybe 0.05% of the time... Fix these bugs!

Not working

Every time I try to log in it says unhandled error.. very frustrating. Anyone know how to fix this?

Junk

Everything about this application is a terrible waste of time and effort. Completely useless.

Worst app ever, works one time on 20, this on good days. Need it for work schedule but its completely impossible to use !! I do not recommend for anybody at all !

No longer working

New update did not fix the app. Seems someone should have actually tested before release This is a handy app when it works. Unfortunately it hasnt worked in quite some time. Please fix!!

Horrible

It works great once in a blue moon, says it cannot connect to server or sometimes uploads for awhile with no display. As each update gets released, the quality of the app declines steeply. I have used the app on a Samsung app and dont have nearly as many issues. Please test app before releasing to the public

Get it together

This app rarely works at all most of the time you cant connect to the server which means you cant check anything at all

Still not working

Latest release didnt fix 5.1.2. Now it looks like its loading then unable to contact server. Try 10 times and finally loads. Still having to uninstall and reinstall as "fix"

Horrible

Doesnt work anymore with iPhone (Apple products) since the last update. No way to login.
